Machado is undoubtedly the top guy here, even though he may only qualify at short for this season before returning to 3B only eligibility. Villar will be eligible throughout the infield, but you'll probably wind up slotting him in at second base if you draft him since that position is pretty weak this year. The next picks 3-6 are all very solid and will also peel off draft boards quickly, and to be honest you will want one of these guys on your team, or find yourself swimming in middle infield mediocrity.
Really, after the top-12 you face similar waves of meh. A small handful of guys will return a nice profit for you by the end of the season though, and a few players I'm expecting to take a step forward are Tim Anderson, Chris Owings, and Jorge Polanco. Anderson and Owings could (should) return 25+ steals, while Polanco will cost you nothing and could be a 12/12/.280 hitter with solid R/RBI. It's not elite, but as an endgamer in even a 15 team league, that will play in deeper leagues. I'd be all over him in AL-Only formats.
